Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662, which operates ReceiptRoast. By using ReceiptRoast you agree to them.

The service

ReceiptRoast reads photos of receipts with AI, categorises your spending, writes a humorous “roast” and suggests ways to spend less. Results are automated estimates. They can contain mistakes and are for entertainment and general budgeting only. They are not financial advice.

Free and Pro plans

• The free plan includes 3 receipt scans per calendar month. We may limit use to prevent abuse.
• Pro is a subscription ($5.99/month or $59.90/year, plus any applicable tax) that adds unlimited scans (subject to a fair-use limit of 40 scans per day), a trend dashboard, savings goals, swap history and shareable savings cards.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (“Manage subscription”); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
• We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change for existing subscribers.

Your content

You must have the right to upload the receipts you scan. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to process it to provide the service. If you share a savings card, anyone with the link can see it until you stop sharing.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, and no uploading of unlawful content.

Accounts

Keep your password safe. You can close your account at any time by emailing us at info@prediturk.com.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
